TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO ORDER:

Once you’ve let us know which cards you are interested in stocking, we will give you a quote and let you know availability of stock, pricing, shipping time frames etc.
STOCK:
Delivery timeframes of stock will depend on availability. We aim to get our orders out within two weeks.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
The minimum order value is £75.00 for new and current customers, which accounts for 50 cards.
Greetings Cards are supplied in wholesale packs of 5 cards of the same design and this is the minimum order quantity per design.
WHOLESALE PRICING:
We will provide you with our wholesale pricing provided with a quote. All authorised retailers will receive 50% off our MSRP. All prices are listed in British Pounds.
MSRP:
We do have a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) which is available on request. As long as the buyer adheres to sensible pricing the MSRP is not required.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to woof@pawtypooch.com. within 48 hours.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Pawty Pooch aim to dispatch within 14 days to UK and Overseas customers after payment has been received. You will be notified of the shipment timeframe before you order.
UK and International Delivery is done on a quote by quote basis. We will cover 50% of UK shipping costs for any orders over £500.
We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
Overseas delivery will be charged on an individual order basis and the carriage charge will be indicated on the Order Confirmation.
ONLINE SELLING
If you are selling products online, credit must be acknowledged by mentioning our brand name Pawty Pooch in the product description. Retailers may not sell our products on third-party sales platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon).
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately.
All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.
Please contact woof@pawtypooch.com. within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
